Having no choice, I pushed & pushed myself to point of a lot collapse, then two days later had a heart attack whilst experiencing PEM. Could the inflammation have caused it? All arteries fine, except LED, which was stented. No other factors: low weight, good diet, lowish cholesterol. Constantly told I’m not the normal heart attack candidate. ME related? Had ME 23+ years.
