Could New Daily Persistent Headache (NDPH) be caused by the metabolic trap which is being considered as a possible cause of ME / CFS? Many people with NDPH also have chronic fatigue. There are other similarities e.g. people who develop NDPH are also frequently hypermobile and have POTS. However, it is the extreme suddenness of the onset that is what prompted this question.
